Tim has been certified by the Minnesota Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist. This specialist designation is earned by leading attorneys who have completed a rigorous approval process, including an examination in the specialty area, peer review, and documented experience. Certified attorneys have demonstrated superior knowledge, skill and integrity in their specific field and can use the designation of specialist to advertise their credentials. Tim has been in the business of making real estate transactions easier for over 25 years. He has personal experience with every step of the legal process – from purchase agreements to title insurance. He opened Netzell Legal Services, PLLC, in 1989, and has been performing transactional real estate work ever since.
In his work with builders and developers, Tim has handled everything from acquisition to construction, and zoning to leasing. He assists commercial and residential developers to obtain, develop, and fill their subdivisions, retail spaces, and commercial buildings.
With extensive experience in purchase and leasing agreements, zoning, and regulatory issues, Tim provides his clients peace of mind. They rest assured no matter what legal concern presents itself, he will know how best to address it. He provides assistance to clients across the real estate industry – from builders to buyers – as well as providing support to financial institutions and lenders. From start to finish, he is committed to making real estate transactions as seamless as possible.
Tim also has extensive experience in title insurance. He has worked every angle of the title process, and started his career as a Marketing Representative at First Security Title, Inc. in 1983. Beginning in 1993, he built one of the largest independent title agencies in Minnesota. In 1999, he was recognized as the Largest Remitting Agent in Minnesota for his work as President of Network Title, Inc.
Tim's secret to success is being proactive. He prides himself on figuring out what his clients need before they know they need it. Because of this, he still serves some of the same clients he did when he first opened his firm back in 1989. His goal is to make clients so happy they couldn't think of going elsewhere.
